DESCRIPTION

Sumo Pain Relief Gel is a fast-acting topical analgesic used to alleviate pain and inflammation in muscles and joints. It is manufactured by Alkem Laboratories Ltd. and is commonly used for musculoskeletal conditions.

Product Composition

The gel combines four active ingredients that work synergistically to provide relief:

• Diclofenac Diethylamine (1.16% w/w): A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces the production of prostaglandins (chemicals that cause pain and swelling).

• Methyl Salicylate (10% w/w): Acts as a counter-irritant, causing a warming sensation that distracts from deeper muscle pain.

• Menthol (5% w/w): Provides a cooling sensation and acts as a local anesthetic to soothe the area.

• Virgin Linseed Oil (3% w/w): Contains anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce swelling and improve the penetration of Diclofenac into the skin.

4. Hygiene: Wash your hands immediately after application unless your hands are the area being treated.

Precautions

• External Use Only: Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, and open wounds or broken skin.
