Take Glycomet 500 SR tablets exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or after meals. Do not increase the dose or stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor. Before starting treatment, inform your doctor about all your medical conditions, including any pregnancies, planned pregnancies, or breastfeeding. Also, disclose all other medications and supplements you are currently taking.
