Burnol works through a dual-action formula of two active antiseptic ingredients:

• Aminacrine Hydrochloride (0.1g): An antimicrobial agent that helps prevent and treat infections in minor burns and wounds.

• Cetrimide (0.5g): A powerful antiseptic and detergent that kills bacteria (gram-positive and gram-negative) and helps keep the affected area clean.

Primary Uses

Burnol is specifically formulated for first-degree burns (superficial burns affecting only the outer layer of skin). It is also effective for:

• Minor Cuts and Gazes: Acts as an antiseptic to prevent infection.

• Abrasions and Scrapes: Soothes the skin and promotes faster healing.

• Sunburns: Provides a cooling sensation to heat-irritated skin.

• Insect Bites: Helps relieve minor itching and prevents secondary infection from scratching.

Application Guide

1. Cool the Area: Immediately run the burn under cool (not ice-cold) water for several minutes.

2. Clean & Dry: Gently pat the area dry with a clean cloth.

3. Apply: Spread a thin layer of Burnol directly onto the burn or wound under hygienic conditions.

4. Dressing (Optional): You can leave the area open or smear the cream onto a sterile gauze dressing if protection from clothing is needed.

5. Frequency: Usually applied 2 to 3 times daily until the skin heals.

Important Precautions
