The AccuSure Life Blood Glucose Test Strips are diagnostic strips designed for the quantitative measurement of glucose levels in fresh capillary whole blood. General Usage Guidelines

1. Preparation: Wash and completely dry your hands before testing.

2. Insert the Strip: Fully insert the contact bar end of the test strip into the glucometer. The device will typically power on automatically.

    

3. Apply Blood: Use a lancing device to draw a drop of blood. Gently touch the blood drop to the absorbent edge of the test strip.

4. Verify Volume: Ensure the blood is automatically drawn in and completely fills the confirmation window.

5. Read Results: Wait for the meter to count down; your blood sugar reading will display on the screen in 8 seconds.

6. Disposal: Safely remove and discard the single-use strip.

Safety & Storage Information

• Storage Conditions: Store the strips in their original vial in a cool, dry place (typically between 2°C and 30°C). Keep them away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and moisture. Do not refrigerate.

• Vial Care: Immediately recap the vial tightly after removing a strip to protect the remaining strips from humidity.

• Validity: Do not use test strips that are expired, bent, or damaged, as this can lead to inaccurate readings.

• Single-Use Only: These strips are for in vitro diagnostic use only and must never be reused.
