The Accu-Chek Active Test Strips are designed for the quantitative determination of blood glucose in fresh capillary blood. They are specifically engineered for use with the Accu-Chek Active glucometer and are widely utilized for both self-testing and professional clinical monitoring.

• Under-Dosing Detection: The system notifies you if the blood sample is insufficient and allows for re-dosing within 10 seconds.

• Flexible Application: You can apply blood to the strip while it is inside the meter or remove it first to apply the drop, which can be more comfortable for some users.

• Visual Double-Check: The test strip vial features a color scale that allows you to visually verify the result for added peace of mind.

  How to Use

  1. Insert Strip: Slide the test strip into the meter in the direction of the arrows. The meter will turn on automatically.

  2. Draw Blood: Use a lancing device to get a small drop of blood from your fingertip.

  3. Apply Sample: Touch the blood drop to the green field on the test strip.

  4. Read Result: Your blood glucose level will appear on the display after 5 seconds.

  5. Check Color: (Optional) Compare the color of the round window on the back of the strip with the color scale on the vial to confirm the reading.
