Rosuvastatin is an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor. It reduces the levels of bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides in the body. Collectively they act together to reduces clot or plaque formation in the blood vessels and improves blood flow to all parts of body.
How to use
- Take as Prescribed: Always take LIPIROSE AS 10 CAPSULE exactly as directed by your doctor. Do not exceed or skip doses for optimal effectiveness.
- With or Without Food: This capsule can be taken with or without food, but it is best to take it with food to avoid stomach discomfort.
- Do not chew, crush, or break the capsule. Swallow it whole with a glass of water.
- Take this medicine at the same time every day to maintain consistent levels of the medicine in your body.
- Pair the medication with a low-fat diet, regular exercise, and avoiding smoking or alcohol for improved results.
Missed Dosage
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it’s near the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one. Overdosage
