DESCRIPTION

LECOPE-AD Tablet is used to relieve symptoms of a common cold, such as a runny nose, sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, and a blocked nose. The common cold is an infection of the nose and throat caused by viruses.

LECOPE-AD Tablet is a combination of levocetirizine, phenylephrine, and ambroxol as active ingredients. It works by blocking the action of certain substances responsible for causing allergic reactions.

LECOPE-AD Tablet may cause side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, nervousness, dry mouth, constipation, and trouble sleeping. If these side effects persist for longer, consult your doctor immediately. Take Lecope-AD Tablet as prescribed by your doctor.

Do not use LECOPE AD Tablet  if you are allergic to it or any other contents. Inform your doctor if you have any history of liver/kidney disease, breathing problems, and heart problems before taking Lecope-AD Tablet . Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before starting LECOPE-AD Tablet .

Treatment of Common cold

Take Lecope-AD Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush the medicine.

Lecope-AD Tablet combines levocetirizine, phenylephrine, and ambroxol as key ingredients. Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight

An overdose of Lecope-AD Tablet can cause a rapid rise in blood pressure.  Overdose symptoms include headache, vomiting, high blood pressure, reflex slow heart rate, and cardiac arrhythmias, which may cause a sensation of fullness in the head and tingling of the hands and feet. Contact your doctor or local hospital accident and emergency department immediately. Do this even if there are no signs of discomfort.

Let your doctor know about your complete medical and medication history to rule out any side effects. Lecope-AD Tablet may cause drowsiness, so do not take alcohol as it causes excessive drowsiness. Also, do not drive or operate heavy machinery if you are drowsy. Caution should be exercised if you have any history of liver/kidney disease, epilepsy, asthma, breathing problems, and heart disease while taking Lecope-AD Tablet . This medicine is not recommended for use in children below six years of age as the safety is not established. Limited information is available for the use of the medicine in special populations. Hence, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before taking the medicine
