LUPISULIDE P TABLET is a combination of Nimesulide and Paracetamol, which belongs to the group of medicines called Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory drugs. LUPISULIDE P TABLET is used to provide relief from inflammation and pain in conditions such as headache, mild migraine, muscle pain, dental pain, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, and/or painful menses in affected individuals.

LUPISULIDE P TABLET is not recommended for use in patients allergic to nimesulide, paracetamol, and/or other NSAIDS. It is also not recommended for use in patients with peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe liver disease, and/or severe kidney disease.

Before taking LUPISULIDE P TABLET, inform your doctor if you are alcohol dependent and/or have other kidney problems and/or heart problems such as heart failure.

Uses

• Fever and Pain
  A fever is a temporary increase in your body temperature, often due to an illness. Having a fever, accompanied by pain is a sign that something out of the ordinary is going on in your body. Lupisulide-P (500/100 mg) Tablet is used to provide temporary relief from fever and mild body pain without treating the underlying cause.
• Primary Dysmenorrhea
  Primary dysmenorrhea is the cramping pain that occurs before or during menstruation. This happens due to the contraction of muscles and blood vessels of the uterus. Lupisulide-P (500/100 mg) Tablet is used to relieve the pain associated with menstruation.
