The efficacy of the cream comes from its “triple-action” formula:

1. Clobetasol Propionate (Steroid): A potent corticosteroid that reduces swelling, itching, and redness by suppressing the immune response in the affected area.

    

2. Ofloxacin (Antibiotic): A fluoroquinolone antibiotic that eliminates bacterial infections by preventing the bacteria from repairing or reproducing.

    

3. Ornidazole (Antiprotozoal/Antibiotic): Effective against a wide range of anaerobic bacteria and certain parasites, helping to clear deep-seated infections.

    

4. Terbinafine (Antifungal): Works by stopping the growth of fungi, making it effective for conditions like ringworm or athlete’s foot.
