ULGEL Oral Suspension IP is a medicine primarily used to relieve symptoms associated with:

• Bloating and Gas (Flatulence)

Key Components and Action:

It is a combination of two main active ingredients:

1. Magaldrate (an Antacid): This works by chemically neutralizing the excess stomach acid, which helps to relieve symptoms like heartburn and stomach irritation.
2. Simethicone (an Anti-flatulent agent): This works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, allowing them to break up and be expelled more easily through burping or flatulence, thus relieving bloating.
