disorders. Serta is also used sometimes to treat headaches and sexual problems. The active ingredient in Serta 50 MG tablet is sertraline which impacts chemicals in the head that may be disturbed in people with depression, panic, anxiety, or obsessive-compulsive symptoms.

Works
SERTA 50MG TABLET works by increasing the levels of serotonin (a chemical messenger in the brain) that improves mood and physical symptoms of depression, thus providing relief from symptoms of post-traumatic stress, obsessive-compulsive, and panic disorder in affected individuals.
How to use
Take SERTA 50MG TABLET as advised by your physician. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water.
Dosage and Administration
- Take Serta 50mg at the same time every day, preferably in the morning or evening.
- Depending on your condition and response, the dosage may be gradually increased under medical supervision. The maximum daily dose typically does not exceed 200mg/day.
- You can take Serta with or without food. If you experience nausea, taking it with food may help.
- Serta may take 2-6 weeks to show noticeable improvement in symptoms.
- Continue taking the medication even if you feel better. Stopping suddenly can lead to withdrawal symptoms. Consult your doctor before discontinuing.
