Description
Rozagold 20 capsule is a combination medicine containing Rosuvastatin, Aspirin, and Clopidogrel. It is used for lowering the lipid or cholesterol in the blood & blockage of blood vessels supplying blood to the heart, brain and other parts of the body. Rozagold capsule is used in patients at risk of having heart attacks, ischaemic stroke ( decrease blood supply to the brain), or peripheral heart diseases (decrease blood supply to other parts of the body other than the heart and brain). It works by preventing of formation of abnormal lipids in the blood. It also works by inhibiting platelet aggregation in blood. Nausea or vomiting, indigestion, headache, muscle pain or joint pain, and pain in the stomach are some side effects of using this medicine.

Works
ROZAGOLD 20MG CAPSULE effectively improves cardiac function and reduces the risk of heart problems, where clopidogrel acts by inhibiting platelet aggregation in the coronary arteries, aspirin acts by blocking the actions of an enzyme called cyclo-oxygenase which is believed to be responsible for catalyzing the synthesis of platelets and rosuvastatin acts by inhibiting the action of an enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase, which is required to catalyze the formation of cholesterol, thus managing clot or plaque formation in the coronary arteries leading to an uninterrupted supply of oxygen and blood to the heart.
How to use
- Take ROZAGOLD 20MG CAPSULE as advised by your physician
- Swallow the with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine
- Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition
